James Coudright - General Manager
F.I.S.T. Advanced Certified Road, TT, and Tri Fitter For over a decade, James has been elevating cyclists & triathletes through his work in Professional Bicycle Fitting. He is Slowtwitch Institute F.I.S.T. Certified in both Road & Triathlon Fitting, and graduated in the inaugural class of F.I.S.T. Advanced Bike Fitters, Slowtwitch’s most prestigious Bike Fit certification. Alongside his knowledge of Bike Fitting, James is known for his patience, tact and diligence in finding the perfect position and bike for each client. As an experienced Crit Racer, Time Trialist, and Mountain Biker, he also understands first hand the importance of a seamless connection between bicycle and body. This deep understanding of rider movement has allowed him to travel around the world Fitting, specifically Australia, where he was the Store Manager & Head Bike Fitter at SBR, Melbourne’s Premiere Triathlon Store. Alongside Bike Fitting, James runs the ship here at SBR, and brings a deep passion for cycling and providing customers the ultimate retail experience. So whether it's your first or fourteenth bike, he'll make sure you're satisfied with every facet of the SBR experience. Elise Edman - Operations and Ecomm Manager + Everything Else
Website builder, designer and marketing guru, Elise has nearly a lifetime of experience in retail, coaching, and graphic design. Starting with her parents owning a Bike Shop when she was a youngster, she has been building her resume ever since. She is also a division finalist and multi-event state qualifying swimmer (ask her any of your swim questions). Although she has since hung up the cap and goggles, she went on to teach and coach while building her graphic design portfolio for nearly 10 years.
